• Science & Technology: Research breakthroughs, patents, or initiatives advancing healthcare, AI, sustainability, or other critical fields.

• Arts & Culture: International recognition in film, music, design, or other creative sectors that enhance Malta’s cultural reputation.

• Sports & Public Service: Elite athletes or leaders with achievements that elevate Malta’s pro-file globally.

• Philanthropy & Social Impact: Long-standing contributions to education, community development, or humanitarian causes.

Every submission must include a clear proposal outlining the applicant’s accomplishments and how they will contribute to Malta’s economy, civic life, or reputation. All applications under-go strict due diligence and are regulated by the Maltese government to ensure transparency and integrity.
