The first results column (Real Estate Purchase) shows the fees for those opting to buy a home in Malta. The second results column (Real Estate Rental) displays the fees for those choosing to rent. Note that you must retain a personal residence (purchased or rented) for the duration of your residency.

The calculator includes government contributions, property investments, due diligence fees, and other major mandatory expenses. The Government Contribution is only due after residency has been approved in principle.
