DR. CLARENCE BUSUTTIL, LL.D. / ATTORNEY AT LAW
Dr. Clarence Busuttil, LL. D., Senior Attorney at Zenturo Ltd.,
was born in Sliema, Malta. He graduated from the University of Malta
in 1981 with a Doctor of Laws degree and currently resides in St.
Julians, Malta.
Dr. Busuttil is fluent in four languages,
including English, Italian, French, and Maltese. His professional
experience spans senior partner positions at several Maltese law
firms. Dr. Busuttil’s areas of specialization include immigration
law, international commercial law, intellectual property and corporate
law.
Dr. Busuttil has lectured at the University of Malta and the
Sonnenberg International Institute (Germany), served as Chairman
of the legal commission of the Malta Olympic Committee, and represented
Malta as the Malta Official Delegate on the Supervisory Board of
EU Chamber of Commerce in Beijing, China.

of expertise is investment migration, with over 8 years of experience
in the industry.
Since 2014, he has assisted several high

applications for Maltese residence and citizenship.
Having gained significant experience in a senior position with
a leading international advisory firm, in October 2020, Dr. Attard
Baldacchino took the next step of his career journey, and set-up
his practice with the objective of assisting clients with their
investment migration needs and ancillary requirements.

Attard Baldacchino was admitted to the Maltese Bar in 2018, he is
a member of the Malta Chamber of Advocates and a member of the Malta
Institute of Taxation. He is also an Authorised Registered Mandatory
with the Office of the Commissioner for Revenue and a licensed Agent
by Community Malta Agency. Zenturo Ltd. is also registered as a
Referral Sub-Agent with the Community Malta Agency under the License
AKM-BALD.
DR. MICHAELA MILLO, LL.B. / ATTORNEY AT LAW
Dr. Michaela Millo LL.B (Hons), M.Adv. (Melit.), Malta Government
Authorised Registered Mandatory, License AKM-MILLO-22, graduated
from the University of Malta in 2017 and graduated with a Masters
in Advocacy degree from the same University the following year.
By 2019 Michaela was admitted to the Bar.
She has in-depth
expertise in both citizenship and immigration matters, and regularly
assists on matters relating to commercial and contract law. She
feels that her career experiences in dealing with many people coming
from around the globe with different cultural backgrounds and having
to work around the clock, made her motivated and also goal orientated
to ensure that the clients’ expectations are met.
Michaela is highly focused in her work and her young age allows her to blend energy with experience which is a trademark of her work.
